Hubby’s project is a series of works whose common link is the collage of famous icons and paintings of Western culture that are drawn, trimmed and resigned, mixed with rogue content texts, in addition to colored papers using a aesthetic based in the kistch. These works invite us to reflect in an ironic and funny tone about the History of Art, queer and leather culture, where the private exceeds the public, and aims to question certain patriarchal paradigms such as the role of passive or submission, by offering a vision about the gay life stereotyped, hypermasculine and above all less homophobic.
